Mustard are the definitive 5 piece covers band,  the individual members of  Mustard have been playing for many years and in many settings, 

and though it makes us feel old to admit it we have a combined experience in the entertainment industry of over 80 years, when you come and see us live that experience is readily apparent.

The current line up of the band have been together about 18 months and although individually very talented we have no prima donnas !!!

Mustard can play for any occasion having such a diverse repertoire of songs (see our playlist page) including soul, funk, pop, rock, jazz and swing.

The thing that makes Mustard so special is their ethos of playing everything absolutely live, every note or beat you hear is coming from someone on stage, there are no backing tracks or sequencers used.  Quite a few times it takes us some time to convince people there are no tapes being used and that we take as a compliment!   Playing to backing tracks is not live music, we play live music the way it should be ....absolutely LIVE.

The band have a 3k P.A. system but don't worry we're obsessed with sound quality not volume,  and we have our own lighting.

Our previous clients have included:- British Airways, United Utilities, Nat West Bank, Greater Manchester Police!!, China Airlines, Tesco, Blackburn Rovers FC, Manchester City FC, and dozens of happily married couples!!

If you're hiring Mustard for a function you can use our P.A system to play your own music selection if you wish, and cut out the cost of a DJ, Steve does a very good Jimmy Saville and Daz  could easily be passed off as Fat Boy not Slim.
